When my friend moved into her new apartment, she told me that the apartment itself along with all the amenities were not the only nice things about living there. It is run by the property management group Bridge Property Management, and she said that they treat the tenants with respect and are always quick to fix something should anything happen. That is a rarity in today’s times, at least in our experience between the last three complexes we have both lived in. That is why I wanted to find out more about the complex she was now living in.
I went online to get information on Regency at Lookout Canyon, and I was impressed from the very start of looking at their website. I looked at the amenities that are offered inside each apartment as well as the community amenities, and I also looked at the floor plans for each of the units. Well, I only looked at the one and two bedroom units, because a three or four bedroom unit would be just way too much apartment for me. More importantly though, I also looked at the prices. To say that I was shocked would be an understatement, because I honestly did not expect for the apartment prices to be as reasonable as they were.
I had two months left on the lease on my own apartment, but I knew that I was going to apply for an apartment there before my two months were up. About five weeks later, that is what I did, and I was able to get a gorgeous one bedroom corner unit that even has its own garage. I have never had that, and that was just the icing on the cake for me. I love living here, and I don’t think I am ever going to move.
